About the Speakers

Donald Broughton is the principle and managing partner at Broughton Capital LLC, a deep-data driven quantitative economic and equity research firm. Prior to starting Broughton Capital, he spent nine years as the chief market strategist and senior transportation analyst for Avondale Partners. Broughton's equity research has earned acclaim and is regularly quoted by The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Fortune, Forbes, and numerous other national media outlets.

Warren Hoemann served as deputy administrator at the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration from 2003-2006. During his more than 40 years of trucking experience he was also a senior vice president at the American Trucking Associations and the California Trucking Association, plus vice president of government relations at the carrier Yellow Corp., now YRC Worldwide. Today he is a consultant for PrePass Safety Alliance, providing insight into strategic planning and analysis of the trucking industry and government.
